Betty was born December 6, 1931, in Davidson County, to the late Marcellus Elliott Johnson and Alice Jane Myers Johnson. Betty was a homemaker and volunteered as a greeter at nursing homes. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and was in the 60+ club there.

Robert “Bobby Joe” Joseph Cranford, 75, of Thomasville passed away on December 19, 2022 at his residence. Bobby Joe was born October 24, 1947 to the late Franklin Cranford and Mable Thornburg Cranford in Davidson County. He was the owner and operator of his own concrete business for many years. Bobby Joe never met a stranger in his life, and to know him is to love him. He was of the Baptist faith and was employed for many years and retired as a supervisor at Thomas Built Buses in April 1999.
